Use: only to reply to your enquiry, arrange measuring and design meetings, and stay in touch through the order and delivery process.

Storage: this information is used only for Radiance Rare Studio appointments and customer service. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is kept in protected appointment records and retained for a reasonable period after the enquiry or order is complete.

During consultation and fittings, we may record body measurements and proportions such as height, shoulder width, bust, waist, hips, and length.

Use: these data are used only for pattern-making, cutting, fitting, and adjusting the garment, and are required to complete a custom piece.

Storage: measurements are kept by the pattern maker in the studio's internal pattern files, used only to make your gown, and not shared without your consent. If you ask us to delete them, we will do so after verifying your identity.

During fittings or at the finished stage, we may take photos or short videos to document the pattern and craftsmanship.

Use: mainly for craftsmanship records and order confirmation. If we want to use them in a portfolio, on this website, or on social media, we will ask for your clear permission first, for example through the consent notice provided during your visit.

Storage: images are kept in protected digital files. You may ask us at any time to stop displaying them and to delete the files, and we will act within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access control and encrypted transmission to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Only authorized designers and pattern makers can access the records related to your order.
