Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms describe the agreements that apply when you book, commission, and receive a gown from Radiance Rare Couture Studio. Submitting an appointment request or confirming a custom order means you have read and accepted the following.
1. Scope of Service
Radiance Rare Couture Studio provides made-to-measure services for women's evening wear, including design, pattern-making, hand-sewing, and fitting adjustments, covering cocktail dresses, evening gowns, red carpet looks, and bespoke haute couture.
Every piece is made to your own measurements, fabrics, and craftsmanship requirements. We do not sell ready-to-wear garments in bulk.
2. Appointments, Quotes, and Payment
Appointments and quotes: After the consultation, we provide a written proposal and price range based on fabric, complexity, and the number of fittings. The final price is confirmed in the order form agreed by both parties.
Payment: A deposit is required to begin once the design is confirmed, with the balance settled before delivery. The exact percentages and timing are set out in the agreed order form.
3. Timeline, Fittings, and Delivery
The standard timeline is about 8 to 10 weeks and includes 2 to 3 fittings. Rush work of less than 6 weeks may incur an additional fee.
The actual timeline depends on fabric delivery, complex craftsmanship, and your fitting schedule. The delivery dates are set out in the order form.
4. Cancellation, Changes, and Returns
Custom pieces are made for one person only, so returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
Fitting adjustments within the agreed scope are free. New design work or major changes beyond the original plan may be charged separately.
If an order is cancelled, the fabric and craftsmanship costs already incurred are non-refundable, as set out in the order agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Design sketches, patterns, technical records, and official photographs of the work are the intellectual property of Radiance Rare Studio.
Without written permission, they may not be copied, reproduced, mass-produced, or used for any commercial purpose.
6. Liability, Governing Law, and Updates
For delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as fabric supplier shortages or shipping delays, the studio will communicate promptly and do its best to coordinate, but is not liable for indirect losses.
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
